I Centri territoriali permanenti, le scuole di italiano per migranti e alcune associazioni di Torino hanno scritto una lettera di protesta contro i test di lingua italiana per ottenere il permesso di soggiorno di lunga durata (o per chi applying for the first time a residence permit). 2) Dichiarano invece la propria totale condivisione qualora venissero individuati seri percorsi linguistici
